May 5, 2012, Trent's Songs of Irony are premiered

with tenor Rufus Muller, and the composer at the piano,

on "A celebration of New Jersey Composers,

Performers and Friends"


at the Watchung Arts Center, Watchung, New Jersey.


March 2012, Trent conducted the Oratorio Singers

with soloists and members of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra,

in Antonio Vivaldi's Gloria, the Magnificat of John Rutter,

and the exclusive preview of Cantus Avium Solamen Est (Birdsong Brings Relief)

by Trent Johnson, a concerto for clarinet, bird whistle, chorus and orchestra,

written for clarinetist Andrew Lamy.

with the Shanghai String Quartet, and organist Marilyn Keiser,

June 2011, Trent's setting of "On Love" based on the poetry of Kahlil Gibran
